Once the application process is complete and the application approved, Lumen Christi will send a Letter of Acceptance. New families must then submit the Registration Deposit ($80 per student, $240 maximum per family) within two weeks of acceptance to guarantee places for the 2019-20 school year. The Registration Deposit may be paid by check or online through PayPal. It will be applied to tuition and is non-refundable. Each new family will receive a reduction in tuition of $50 per student if the deposit is submitted within the two-week deadline. In addition, new families that completed an application by Mar. 22, 2019, will be eligible for an additional reduction of $100 per student (for a total of $150 per student) if they submit their deposit before the deadline. This additional discount applies to the first year only.
New families seeking financial aid for the 2019-20 school year must also complete an application through the FACTS online process within two weeks of acceptance. (Go to the Lumen Christi FACTS page and create a new account.) Please note that the FACTS application for the 2019-20 year does not require completed 2018 tax forms. We urge interested families to begin the FACTS application early in the application process. We cannot guarantee consideration for aid for families who complete FACTS applications after the deadline.
Letters of Intent to Return went out to current families on January 11, and the Letter of Intent and the Registration Deposit were due on February 8. The Registration Deposit will be applied to tuition and is non-refundable. Each current family that submits the Letter of Intent and Registration Deposit on time receives a reduction in tuition of $50 per student .
